May is National Walking Month, so we’re giving away 10 bonus BetterPoints every time you walk for at least twenty minutes a day. And if you do that five times a week, we'll give you even more!
For each week you walk twenty minutes or more a day for at least five days, we’ll give you 50 more BetterPoints and an entry to our Walking Month prize draw!
The winner of the prize draw will get £50 in BetterPoints vouchers for themselves and a £50 donation to their favourite charity. Win-win, right?
Everyone in the UK is eligible, even if they are already in another BetterPoints Programme.
National Walking Month is an annual campaign from the charity, Living Streets, and encourages people to walk at least twenty minutes a day during May. The NHS says that adults aged 19-64 should do ‘at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity’ every week.
At BetterPoints, we think National Walking Month is a fabulous idea so we’re adding our own incentives to the mix, to help get as many people walking for 20 minutes a day as we can.
